§1 Validity

§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date

§4 Delivery

(1) The delivery period depends on production and will be communicated to the customer after the order is placed. Delivery will be made within 2 months at the latest. In the case of payment in advance, the delivery period begins on the day after
payment order to the bank commissioned with the transfer and for all other payment methods on the day after conclusion of the contract. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline shall end on the next working day.
